Ode of Remembrance
From Laurence Binyons "For the Fallen"
They went with songs to the battle, they were young.
Straight of limb, true of eyes, steady and aglow.
They were staunch to the end against odds uncounted,
They fell with their faces to the foe.
They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning,
We will remember them.
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning,
We will remember them.

Sir
May our prayers for the fallen and their families join with all of our hopes for a divine understanding from the providential hand of the almighty God.
And thanks to you for your service to our country.
God Bless

Pat,
Thought of you on Memorial Day, as I do every year. I suppose I should do a better job of letting you (and all ther others who have served our country that I know) know that.
Thanks for you service, and thanks even more for your friendship. I appreciate you more than you likely know.
Blessings,
Kevin
